Coffee is at its best in the weeks just after roasting. We have built our postage around that.
Every bag is roasted in-house at our Kuala Lumpur roastery, after you order it, and carries its roast date. There is no warehouse and no coffee waiting on a shelf. Roasted coffee is at its best from about three days to four weeks after roasting, so it travels well and arrives inside its window.
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are prepared for shipment that day. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next working day. We post within two working days of roasting.

By DHL or FedEx, typically three to five days once posted. A signature is required on delivery. Coffee should not be left on a doorstep.
We ship to 48 countries. All prices are in Malaysian ringgit and every rate is shown at checkout before you pay. If your country is not listed at checkout, write to us at team@blaqcoffee.com and we will work it out with you.
International orders are shipped delivered duties unpaid. Any import duty or tax is set by the receiving country and collected on arrival, under that country's rules. Customs policies vary, sometimes considerably. We declare contents and value accurately, always.
Delivered by email, so it ships nowhere and is free everywhere.
A tracking number arrives by email the moment your order ships. Transit time begins at the courier's first scan, not when you placed the order.
If a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, write to us at team@blaqcoffee.com and we will put it right. Our Refund policy covers faulty coffee in full, and nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia.
