Coffee is at its finest in the days following the roast. We've built our shipping around that.
Every bag is roasted in-house at our Kuala Lumpur roastery. Every bag carries its roast date. There is no warehouse. No coffee waiting on a shelf for weeks.
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are prepared for shipment on that business day. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
Shipped via DHL eCommerce, Pos Laju, or Ninja Van. Monday through Saturday — Saturday delivery to residential addresses only.
Transit is typically one to two working days.

Customs and duties
All prices include applicable Singapore customs duties and import taxes. Nothing further is owed on delivery. Documentation is handled on our end to ensure clearance is quiet.
Shipped via DHL Express, Aramex, or FedEx. Transit time depends on destination — we'll send tracking the moment your order leaves us.
A signature is required on delivery. Coffee should not be left on a doorstep.

Customs and duties beyond Singapore
For destinations outside Singapore, import duties and taxes are determined by the receiving country and paid by the recipient on arrival. Customs policies vary, often considerably.
We recommend keeping a single order to two kilograms or less, where possible. It eases clearance.
A tracking number arrives by email the moment your order ships. Transit time begins from the courier's first scan, not from order placement.
