These terms govern your use of blaqcoffee.com and your purchase of coffee from us. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.
Blaq Coffee Roastery Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia. Our showroom is at 59-1, Jalan Jintan Manis, Taman Supreme, 56100, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. You can reach us at team@blaqcoffee.com.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), inclusive of tax. Shipping is charged separately, with rates set out in our Shipping Policy.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance once payment clears. If we cannot accept an order for any reason, we will refund you in full and let you know why.
We may correct pricing or product information errors and cancel affected orders, even after acceptance, with a full refund.
We ship from our Kuala Lumpur roastery. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once a courier collects your order, risk passes to you, though we will help if anything goes wrong in transit.

We accept returns of unopened bags within seven days of receipt. Coffee that has been opened or ground cannot be returned for change of mind. Statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected.

We sell single-origin coffee, certified organic at source, tested for mycotoxins (ochratoxin A and aflatoxins) at an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory. Test results describe the tested lot, not a guarantee of any health outcome. We do not make medical claims.
Cup descriptions reflect our experience of each origin. Your cup, your water, and your equipment will vary the result.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or copy content for resale, or to impersonate another person.
Everything on the site, including text, images, designs, and the wordmark, belongs to Blaq Coffee Roastery Sdn Bhd or our licensors. You may share short quotes with attribution. You may not reproduce the site or its content for commercial use without our written permission.
The site uses Shopify for hosting and checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments, Stripe, or Airwallex. We integrate with Klaviyo for email, Meta and Google for advertising, and various couriers for delivery. Each operates under its own terms.
Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for their content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
This does not exclude liability we cannot exclude under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute we cannot resolve between us is subject to the courts of Kuala Lumpur, unless we both agree to arbitrate.
