Mango, coconut, mandarin.
Light roast, naturally processed. Heirloom varietals grown at 1,900 to 2,200 metres in Guji, dried in the cherry.
Dark chocolate at the base, orange through the middle, toffee at the finish.
Medium roast, washed. Grown at 1,600 metres in Cajamarca, northern Peru. From a certified-organic farm, with a published laboratory report.

Medium roast, honey-processed. A species most of the world wrote off ninety years ago. Malaysia never stopped. From a single estate at Long Banga, Sarawak.
Ethiopia Kayon and Peru Palto were screened as green beans for ochratoxin A and aflatoxins at independent laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, before roasting. Both reports are published in full. Our other four coffees carry no report, and we don't borrow one.
