Mango, coconut, mandarin.
Light roast, naturally processed. Heirloom varietals grown at 1,900 to 2,200 metres in Guji, dried in the cherry.
Chocolate at the base, dried fruit, clove at a distance.
Medium roast, washed. Lowland Liberica from Batu Kurau, Perak. Grown without chemicals, washed clean, dried in the sun.
Manuka honey, florality, wide and low.
Medium roast, anaerobic honey. A species most of the world wrote off ninety years ago. Malaysia never stopped. From Long Banga, Sarawak.
Every batch, for ochratoxin A and aflatoxins, at independent laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. If a batch fails, it is composted. Not re-tested. Not blended.
