The certificates are the farms'. Organic certification is a farm standard: the coffee was grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, and an auditor checks the farm every year. Our roastery in Cheras is not a certified handler, so the tin carries no organic seal. We say so rather than print one.
Both went to an independent laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 as green beans, before we roasted them, and were screened for ochratoxin A, aflatoxins and pesticide residues. Not detected. Each report is published in full on the coffee's page.
Brewed side by side, they show what drying in the cherry does and what washing does. Together they are the Clarity Duo.
Our Sarawak Liberica grows without synthetic inputs, and Finca El Diviso reports the same for its Colombian lots, but none of them carries a certificate, so they are not on this shelf. Everything here is roasted to order in Kuala Lumpur in 100g tins and ships to 48 countries. Singapore takes 2 to 4 working days.
A washed and a natural from the same region. Two cultivars from one farm. The difference is the lesson.

Two of the coffees on this shelf carry a published laboratory report: Ethiopia Kayon and Peru Palto. Screened on the green bean for ochratoxin A and aflatoxins at independent laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, before roasting. One farm, one lot, one harvest.
