Ethiopian Landrace genetics grown in Huila. Berries, lavender, apricot.

Gesha from the same farm. Lemongrass, figs, grapefruit.
Sidra from the same farm. Pomegranate, apricot, lavender.
Same farm, three cultivars.
Landrace is old Ethiopian genetics in Colombian soil: berries, lavender, apricot. Gesha is the cultivar that changed specialty: lemongrass, figs, grapefruit. Sidra, usually traced to Ecuador, is washed and finished with a thermal shock: pomegranate, apricot, lavender.
Brew them side by side and the land stays constant. The seed and the process are what change.
