How does the recipient receive it?+
You write a note here, and we letterpress it onto a Sandstone card tucked into the first box. The receipt is kept out, so your name stays off it. Each delivery after arrives on a monthly rhythm, addressed to them.
Can I choose when it starts?+
Yes. Pick the day the first box should land, a birthday morning, a first day, a thank-you that needed saying, and we time the roast to it. Leave it on purchase and the first delivery ships within two working days.
What if a lot is not to their taste?+
Every delivery is roaster's choice, single origin, chosen at its peak. If a lot is not for them, they can tell us and we will adjust the next. Grind is theirs to set from the first box.
Does it renew or charge them later?+
Never. The gift is prepaid in full for the term you choose and simply runs out at the end. Nothing is charged to them, and nothing renews without asking.
